Refunds
💸 Refund Eligibility
Because FixleyHub coordinates services performed by independent providers, refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service, the issue reported, and whether work was performed.
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:
The service provided was not completed to a reasonable standard, and a resolution attempt was unsuccessful
The service was canceled at least 24 hours in advance
The provider failed to show up or complete the job as scheduled
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
The service was completed, and no complaint was submitted within 48 hours
You cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice
You are not present or reachable at the job site during the scheduled service time (no-show)
You decline or prevent the service provider from completing the work
🔁 Rescheduling vs. Refunds
If you’d prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, you may do so up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. For rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment, a rescheduling fee may apply.

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of your completed appointment.
