Cancellation Policy
At FixleyHub, we understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure fairness and keep our schedule running smoothly for all customers and partner technicians, we’ve outlined the following cancellation policy.
✅ Standard Cancellations
- You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
- Cancellations must be made through your confirmation email link or by contacting us directly via phone or our website.
❌ Late Cancellations
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a $40 late cancellation fee, which compensates for the technician’s reserved time.
🚫 No-Show Policy
- If the technician arrives at your home at the confirmed time and is unable to access the property or reach you within 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and a $60 no-show fee may apply.
🔄 Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
- For last-minute reschedules (under 24 hours), availability is not guaranteed, and a $25 rescheduling fee may apply.
