You must be at least 18 years old to book services through our platform. By using our website, you represent that you are of legal age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Service Bookings

  • All appointments are scheduled online through our platform.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when booking a service.
  • Prices listed are estimated and may vary depending on the complexity or condition of the work.
  • Payment is required to confirm your booking.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a $40 fee.
  • If you are unavailable or unresponsive at the scheduled time, a no-show fee of $60 may apply.

  • The quality or outcome of the service provided

Disputes should be addressed directly with the service provider. FixleyHub will mediate when necessary to ensure a fair resolution.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false information when scheduling services
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any service provider or FixleyHub staff
  • Attempt to bypass the platform by hiring providers outside of FixleyHub

All content, branding, images, and software on this site are the property of FixleyHub or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

FixleyHub shall not be held liable for any:

  • Direct or indirect damages
